Rugs up to 8' × 10' typically have a lead time of 4–6 weeks.

Larger sizes (over 9' × 10') typically have a lead time of 7–12 weeks.

Yes, we worldwide. Free of charge. Please check your countries import fees from either Morocco or Mexico. You will be responsible for any duties or taxes upon delivery.

Both our Moroccan and Mexican rugs can be vacuumed frequently on a high setting to keep them looking fresh.

For a deeper clean, we recommend using a professional who has experience with 100% wool rugs — your piece will come out looking as good as new.

spot cleaning: STAINS CAN BE BLOTTED OUT OF THE WOOL BY ADDING WARM WATER DIRECTLY TO THE STAIN AND BLOTTING ALL LIQUID OUT OF THE WOOL WITH A TOWEL.

Moroccan Rugs: YOUR RUG WILL NOT SHED ON ITS OWN, HOWEVER IT IS COMMON FOR YOUR VACUUM TO PULL A HANDFUL OF LOOSE FIBERS DURING THE FIRST 2-3 VACUUMS. This is due to the plush nature of the wool pile.

Mexican Rugs: Since this rug is a tightly woven flat weave, you will not experience shedding.

Due to the handmade nature of our rugs and our direct-from-artisan shipping model, we’re unable to accept returns.
